With more than 300 machines sold around the world each year along with all the associated peripheral equipment and accessories, it is vital for us to constantly determine and review the very latest market prices in theory and practice.

Thanks to our in-house engineers, we are able to thoroughly inspect the machines from a technical point of view and compile reports on their condition as well as geometrical reports.

This combination of knowledge of the international market and technical expertise allows us to soundly value your machines or all your machinery.

Purchase of used machines and part exchange

Whether you want to sell an individual machine tool, your whole business, or offer your “used machines” in part exchange for a new purchase – here too G+S Werkzeugmaschinen has been offering its services as a reliable and professional point of contact for almost three decades.

Paying the full purchase price before starting any dismantling forms part of this, along with professional removal, transport and shipping by our dedicated trained service team. If necessary, the removal work can also be done with production ongoing and in close consultation with the business.

When it comes to making new purchases, our terms and conditions for part exchange of the old machine tool offer a persuasive argument to invest in new capital goods.

Securitisation

As well as optimum marketing, when it comes to securitisation the key factors are in particular speed and handling the machines carefully at the same time. In disused production halls without any technical staff or supervisors, it is only rarely possible to store assets in a way that preserves their value. In addition, there is frequently a lack of technical scope or personnel to conduct demonstrations.

We therefore recommend to our clients that they have the assets collected promptly by our team of around 10 installation engineers. The assets are professionally secured, transported and presented for marketing on request in approx. 3,700 m2 of demonstration space at our CNC Outlet Center.

Business liquidation and company takeover
