Das 2015 durch die Firma Scharmann überholte Bohrwerk ECOcut 1.1 eignet sich mit seiner modernen Siemens 840 Dsl Steuerung für anspruchsvolle Bohr- und Fräsbearbeitung. Durch die in die Bohrpinole integrierte, CNC gesteuerte Planscheibe, lassen sich Konturen bis zu einem Durchmesser von 600 mm drehen. Die Maschine steht auf einem ca. 600 mm hohen Polymerbett und benötigt daher kein Fundament. Die Maschinenumhausung wurde von Scharmann in das Sicherheitskonzept der Maschine eingebunden. 2017 wurde die CNC-Planscheibe sowie das Differenzialgetriebe und die Bohrspindel demontiert und im Werk Scharmann überholt.

The ECOcut 1.1 boring mill, overhauled by Scharmann in 2015, is suitable for demanding drilling and milling operations with its modern Siemens 840 Dsl control. The CNC-controlled face plate integrated into the drilling spindle sleeve allows contours up to a diameter of 600 mm to be turned. The machine stands on an approx. 600 mm high polymer bed and therefore requires no foundation. The machine housing was integrated into the safety concept of the machine by Scharmann. In 2017, the CNC face plate as well as the differential gear and the drilling spindle were dismantled and overhauled at the Scharmann factory.
