The core competence of the company, which was founded in Uhingen in 1960, lies in the development and production of static and driven tool holders for almost all CNC lathes and turning/milling centres. Both for standard products and for innovative customised solutions.

In total, there are 15,000 driven and 25,000 static tools and accessories, which are valued by customers worldwide for their high level of quality.
In addition to the headquarters in Uhingen, the group of companies includes WSW Spannwerkzeuge-vertriebs GmbH in Germany, Command Tooling Systems in the USA and EWS subsidiaries in Korea, Russia and China.
